Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitio of Capatan in the barrio of Libag, Municipality of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Capatan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 3, 1959.
