SECTION 1. The sitio of Kapitan, barrio of Pila, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kapitan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 5, 1959.
