Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitios of Candayong, Malidong and Malaspagas in the Municipality of Gamay, Province of Samar, are hereby constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Malidong.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 24, 1959
