Section 1
SECTION 1. The sitios of Little Doñgon, Big Doñgon, Patag, Ongos-ongos and Dao-Fishpond in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Samar, are hereby constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Da-o.

Section 2
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 24, 1959.
