Section 1
SECTION 1. The name of the Municipality of Asia, Province of Occidental Negros, is changed to Municipality of Hinoba-an, and its seat of government shall be, as it is now, the site of the present barrio of Hinoba-an.

SEC. 2. Executive Order Numbered One hundred eighty-six series of 1948, is amended accordingly.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 24, 1959.
