AN ACT AMENDING CHAPTER SIXTY-ONE OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SO AS TO MAKE THE DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS OF THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE EX-OFFICIO SUPERINTENDENT OF CITY SCHOOLS OF BAGUIO.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Chapter sixty-one of the Revised Administrative Code, otherwise known as the Charter of the City Baguio, is amended by inserting after section twenty-five hundred forty-eight thereof a new section which shall read as follows:

"SEC. 2548-A. Superintendent of the City Schools.—The division superintendent of schools of the Mountain Province shall be ex-officio superintendent of city schools He shall receive an additional compensation payable by the city in such amount as the city council shall fix."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
