Section 1
SECTION 1. The barrios of Ungale, Tucdao, and Inasuyan of the municipality of Caibiran, Province of Leyte, are hereby separated from said municipality and merged with the municipality of Kawayan, of the same province.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 9, 1948.
