SECTION 1. The Ragay High School situated in the Municipality of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a national rural high school to be known as the Ragay National Rural High School, and the Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

AN ACT TO CONVERT THE RAGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A NATIONAL RURAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE RAGAY NATIONAL RURAL HIGH SCHOOL.
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos for the conversion of said school, as provided in this Act, and its operation and maintenance for the first school year after the approval of this Act, is authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds authorized herein to be appropriated shall have been provided for.
