SECTION 1. The Gamu High School in the Province of Isabela is hereby converted into a rural high school to be known as the Gamu Rural High School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school for the school year nineteen hundred fifty-nine to nineteen hundred sixty. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds herein authorized to be appropriated are provided for. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
