AN ACT TO CONVERT THE INDANG RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE TO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL OF THE SANTA MARIA AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TYPE TO BE KNOWN AS THE DON SEVERINO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Indang Rural High School, situated in the Municipality of Indang, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted to a national agricultural school of Santa Maria Agricultural School type to be known as the Don Severino National Agricultural School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school for the school year nineteen hundred fifty-nine—nineteen hundred sixty. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
