SECTION 1. Priority number five, page twenty-eight-B, Group III, for the Province of Cebu, Appendix B of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is amended to read as follows: "5a. Carcar, Talut—Completion and painting P1,000.00 "5b. Carcar, Poblacion—Repair, improvement and painting of Central School Home Economics Building 2,500.00 "5c. Carcar, Valencia—Completion and painting of Home Economics Building 1,500.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
