SECTION 1, Item (e), for the Province of Cebu, page 258, paragraph f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred is amended to read as follows: "(e) Valladolid Elementary School building, Carcar— Completion and painting P3.500.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
