Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitio of Calbayog, Municipality of Malilipot, Province of Albay, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Calbayog.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
