Section 1

SECTION 1. The sitios of Kay-Poo, Nabiling, Kahawanan, Apartahan and Kalimpay in the barrio of Tigwi, Munici­pality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, are hereby constituted into a separate barrio of the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kawayanan.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
