AN ACT CONVERTING THE ABORLAN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABORLAN, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL OF THE ILOILO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TYPE TO BE KNOWN AS THE PALAWAN NATIONAL REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Aborlan Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national regional agricultural school of the Iloilo National Agricultural School type to be known as the Palawan National Regional Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos in addition to what the school is now receiving from the National Government is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds herein authorized to be appropriated shall have been provided for.
