AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BRACKISH-WATER FISH NURSERY STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LEYTE, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, a brackish-water fish nursery station in the Municipality of Leyte, Province of Leyte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
