AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAIC, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Naic, Province of Cavite, to be known as the Cavite School of Fisheries. The site for the said school of fisheries shall be determined by the Director of Public Schools.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall promulgate such rules and regulation as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
