AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TWO FRESH-WATER EXPERIMENTAL AND DEMONSTRATION FISH NURSERY STATIONS IN THE TOWNS OF SANTA CRUZ AND CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, two fresh-water experimental and demonstration fish nursery stations in Laguna de Bay, one in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, and another in the Municipality of Calamba, both within the Province of Laguna.

Section 2

SEC 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
