AN ACT PROVIDNIG FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SINDAÑGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Sindangan, Province if Zamboanga del Norte, to be known as the Zamboanga del Norte Emergency Hospital. The site shall be determined by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Sindañgan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
