SECTION 1. Project numbered D-143.2, for the Province of Aklan, page 928-A, Title D, Appendix A of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is hereby amended to read as follows: "D-143.2 Aklan Waterworks, for the towns of Makato, Kalibo, Banga, New Washington, Lezo, Malinao, Numancia and Tangalan.
