AN ACT TO CONVERT THE BILAR RURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BILAR, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, INTO A REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL OF THE BAYBAY NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TYPE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BOHOL NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bilar Rural High School located in the Municipality of Bilar, Province of Bohol, is hereby converted into a regional agricultural school of the Baybay National Agricultural School type, to be known as the Bohol National Agricultural School and to be headed by a Superintendent of Agricutlural Instruction. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional appropriation to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
