AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PANAY NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, TO MAMBUSAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty hundred eighty-eight is amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The Mambusao High School in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, is hereby converted into a National Agricultural School of the Iloilo National Agricultural School type, to be known as the Mambusao National Agricultural School. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
