AN ACT CONVERTING THE GAMAY JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GAMAY, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GALA VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Gamay Junior High School in the Municipality of Gamay, Province of Samar, is converted into a vocational school to be known as the Gala Vocational High School which shall be under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for3 establishment, operation and maintenance of said school.

Section 3

SEC 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
