Section 1
SECTION 1. The place known as Ceboza is separated from the poblacion of the Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao, and is constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Ceboza.

AN ACT CREATING BARRIOS IN CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO.
Section 2
SEC. 2. The sitio of Sta. Cruz in the Municipality of Asuncion, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sta. Cruz.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The sitio of Cacao in the Municipality of Panabo, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Cacao.
Section 4
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
