Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand pesos appropriated under item (128), page 708, subparagraph (ab), for the Province of Leyte, paragraph b, Title A, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:

"(128) Construction, Sitio Panyi Templanza

Barrio School, Matalom........................... P2, 000.00"

is hereby re-appropriated for the construction of a school building in the barrio of San Juan, Municipality of Matalom, Province of Leyte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
