Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand live hundred pesos appropriated under item (ak), page 232, group II, subparagraph 28, for the Province of Leyte, paragraph f, Title M, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand ninety-three, to wit:

"(ak) Victory Barrio School, Matalom

Construction and/or improvement ..........P2,500.00"

is hereby re-appropriated for the construction of a school building in the barrio of Taylan, Municipality of Matalom, Province of Leyte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
