Section 1

SECTION 1. Item (q), page 377 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one, is amended to read as follows:

" (q) Lipata Elementary School shop building, Minglanilla—

Construction .................P5,000.00."

Section 2

SEC. 2. Item 15(a), page 528 of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:

"15. Carcar:

(a) Valencia public market............P15,000.00."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
