AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE ASIAN LABOR MINISTERS' CONFERENCE IN MANILA.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the conference of labor ministers of Asian countries to be held in Manila on May eighteen, nineteen and twenty, nineteen hundred and sixty-one, including the expenses of its secretariat, the documentation of the records of the proceedings and of the accommodation of the members of the different delegations thereto during their stay in Manila as official guests of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount hereby appropriated shall be administered by the Secretary of Labor.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
