Section 1

SECTION 1. Item (21), page 208, Title (A) of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen is amended to read as follows: "(21) Dumangas Municipal Building, Iloilo P20,000 "(21a) Dumangas Public Market, Iloilo 40,000 "(21b) Dumangas Public Plaza or Parks, Iloilo 20,000.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1961.
