AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE RIZAL RELICS.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of the funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of the Rizal relics now in exhibit at the Fort Santiago Shrine.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The purchase price of the Rizal relics shall be exempt from all internal revenue taxes.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The President of the Philippines is authorized to purchase the said Rizal relics and may form a special committee for the purpose.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
