AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE MINDANAO AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TO ORGANIZE AND OPERATE A RESEARCH DEPARTMENT IN AGRICULTURE AND RELATED SUBJECTS, AND TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Mindanao Agricultural College shall organize, equip, and operate a research department in agriculture and related subjects and disseminate valuable information for the proper guidance of students, farmers, and homemakers.

Section 2

SEC. 2. To implement this Act, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated as aid to the Mindanao Agricultural College.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Hereafter, all necessary funds with which to operate and maintain the research department herein authorized to be established shall be provided for in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
