SECTION 1. The Calbayog City Emergency Hospital in the City of Calbayog is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Calbayog City General Hospital.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The operation. and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1961.
