AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN KABUGAO, SUB-PROVINCE OF APAYAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS APAYAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipal District of Kabugao, Sub-province of Apayao, Mountain Province, to be known as the Apayao Emergency Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the Municipal District Council of Kabugao or by the Subprovince of Apayao, Mountain Province, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
