AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN MIGUEL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Bulacan, to be known as the San Miguel Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
