AN ACT CONVERTING THE HILONGOS HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HILONGOS, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE HILONGOS NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPRO­PRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Hilongos High School in the Municipality of Hilongos, Province of Leyte, is hereby converted into a national vocational high school to be known as the Hilongos National Vocational High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
