SECTION 1. Item (h), sub-paragraph Cebu III, page 340, Section 2-c, Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows: "(h) Napo Elementary School Building,Carcar Construction of 2 rooms, "Noel" Type P8,000.00"
