Section 1
SECTION 1. The twenty-sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph of Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code is hereby reenacted and shall read as follows: "Antique, one assistant provincial fiscal;"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
