AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAROTAC VIEJO ACADEMIC REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAROTAC VIEJO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAROTAC VIEJO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Barotac Viejo Academic Regional High School in the Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of Iloilo, is converted into a national agricultural school, to be known as the Barotac Viejo National Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Education, shall reorganize the Barotac Viejo Academic Regional High School in accordance with the provisions of this. Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said Barotae Viejo National Agricultural School for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. The necessary sum for its operation in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
