AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAYAMBANG HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAMBANG, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAYAMBANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bayambang High School in the Municipality of Bayambang, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Bayambang National High School. A comprehensive curriculum which includes both academic and vocational courses shall be offered.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-three. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
