AN ACT MAKING DANAO CITY A SUBPORT OF ENTRY AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF A CUSTOMS SERVICE THEREIN.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Danao City is hereby made a subport of entry under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs of Cebu City.

Section 2

SEC. 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty thousand pesos for the payment of salaries and wages, the purchase of supplies and equipment and for other incidental expenses in connection with the operation of the customs service in Danao City.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
