AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAYAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Health, one emergency-hospital in the Municipality of Talisayan, Province of Misamis Oriental, to be known as the Talisayan Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four: Provided, That thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
