AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CADASTRAL RECORDS FOR THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the reconstitution of the cadastral survey records for the Province of Lanao del Sur.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Lands, with the approval of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, shall issue rules and regulations to carry into effect the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
