AN ACT CONVERTING THE OLONGAPO HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OLONGAPO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, INTO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SOUTHERN ZAMBALES EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Olongapo Hospital in the Municipality of Olongapo, Province of Zambales, is hereby converted into an emergency hospital to be known as the Southern Zambales Emergency Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
