AN ACT TO ESTABLISH AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Ligao, Province of Albay.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum. of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
