AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAUBAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE QUEZON NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Mauban, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Quezon National School of Arts and Trades.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools, with the approval of the Secretary of Education, shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four.

Such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
