SECTION 1. The Agusan Agricultural High School in Butuan City is hereby converted into a national agricultural college to be known as the Northern Mindanao National Agricultural College.

AN ACT TO CONVERT THE AGUSAN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BUTUAN CITY INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TO BE KNOWN AS THE NORTHERN MINDANAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Education, is hereby authorized to reorganize the existing Agusan Agricultural High School to implement the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. Such sum as may be necessary, in addition to the national allotment now being received by the Agusan Agricultural High School, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said college during the school year nineteen hundred sixty-three to nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter the same amount shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
