Open ↗SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools shall, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Education, reorganize the Bataan Agricultural High School in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
Open ↗SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said Bataan National Agricultural School. The necessary sum for its operation in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
