AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ONE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN EACH OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BAYANG, TAMPARAN AND WAO, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, one general hospital in each of the municipalities of Bayang, Tamparan and Wao, all in the Province of Lanao del Sur, to be known as the Bayang General Hospital, Tamparan General Hospital, Tamparan and Wao General Hospital, respectively.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospitals during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four: Provided, That each hospital shall be entitled to one hundred thousand pesos. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of these hospitals shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
