AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SABTANG, PROVINCE OF BATANES, TO BE KNOWN AS SABTANG NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERY AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools a national school of fishery in the Municipality of Sabtang, Province of Batanes, to be known as the Sabtang National School of Fishery.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Bureau of Public Schools shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations, and other pertinent matters related to the establishment of this school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. The maintenance and operation of the said school in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4 This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
