AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A TRADE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALABAGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a trade high school in the Municipality of Balabagan, Province of Lanao del Sur.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, who shall exercise supervision over said school, is hereby authorized to locate and acquire, or to cause to be located and acquired, the site thereof which shall have an area of about six to eight hectares within the Municipality of Balabagan.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation Maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
